Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza is a beautiful actress that is leaving a mark on the tiny screen. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. In no time she moved to Texas to pursue her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza did not keep her place in Texas for very long, and she soon transferred to Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of performances as an actor. These included commercials and independent films. Despite having small roles she was soon able to discover her love in acting. Following her move to New York, in 2001, Rosa Santos earned her first acting role on All My Children. Through the first half of 2000 she had small appearances in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. The role she landed was in the year 2004 on the short comedy The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. The role she played was A.D.A. in Law & Order in which her best-known performance came from the year 2006. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. Then she joined the brief, but short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. Her character was a hit and earned De La Garza various nominations like Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008 she received the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then selected as a part in CSI Miami. She appeared as Marisol Deko as the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. Her most current TV work was with NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The series was canceled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her ethnicity is Italian and has a younger brother Cory. She grew up in one of the most religious, conservative families. Milano's first professional experience began at seven, as her babysitter took on an audition. With more than 1000 applicants, she was chosen as one of just four. Milano made appearances in adverts in both Broadway and on TV and in the American musical version in the form of Jane Eyre.
